Please follow the steps below.

STEP 1. Search items you want to get from e-commerce sites in Japan such as Amazon.jp, Rakuten, and Yahoo Shopping and let me know the URL of the item and quantities of each item you need and the destination.

STEP 2. We'll estimate and let you know the amount of cost which includes the price of the items themselves and shipping cost and handling fee.

STEP 3. If you agree to the deal, I will create a product page that is specialized for you.

STEP 4. After you purchase the product and then I will correct items for you and ship them as soon as the items are ready.

- We are not aware of any customs duties that may be applied at the time of importation, so please check by yourself.

- Please note that we cannot guarantee that chocolates and other items may melt during shipping.

- We do not support items that require refrigeration or freezing.
